C’est avec une grande joie que je reviens vers vous après notre récente mission au Togo au coeur des villages que nous soutenons avec notre partenaire togolais A3E.

Nous sommes rentrés tout récemment.

L'ensemble de nos activités s’est parfaitement déroulé, et plus particulièrement  avec la communauté de Kpandéda qui a bénéficié du projet de construction de la cantine scolaire. (...)

Nous tenons à vous exprimer notre profonde gratitude pour votre soutien. Grâce au financement de votre organisme, la cantine scolaire de Kpandéda est désormais opérationnelle. Les mamans cantine ont rapidement pris leurs marques avec le nouveau foyer de cuisson et l'organisation du service à midi avec les élèves. Et le jardin scolaire est en train de prendre forme.

Je souhaite également vous remercier tout particulièrement pour les cadeaux que vous nous avez transmis : le "kit des explorateurs" et le jeu de construction "La Tour dansante" qui ont rencontré un grand succès. Ce matériel a été utilisé dans le cadre des ateliers pédagogiques (dans les 4 écoles) que nous avons organisés avec les enseignants: école élémentaire et jardins d'enfants. Ressentir la joie des enfants manipulant les jumelles, les loupes et les boussoles a été un moment fort de cette mission ! De même, l'inauguration officielle de la cantine a rassemblé la communauté, le chef de village et les chefs de quartier et ce fut un moment de fête partagé entre interventions des officiels, danses, chants des enfants...(cf.copie du texte de polarstep sur le démarrage et la journée d'inauguration de la cantine du 7/11/2025).

It is with great joy that I am writing to you again following our recent mission to Togo, at the heart of the villages we support together with our Togolese partner A3E.

We returned only very recently.

All of our activities went perfectly, particularly those carried out with the community of Kpandéda, which benefited from the project to build a school canteen. (...)

We would like to express our deep gratitude for your support. Thanks to the funding from your organization, the Kpandéda school canteen is now operational. The canteen mothers quickly adapted to the new cooking facilities and to organizing the lunchtime service with the pupils. The school garden is also beginning to take shape.

I would also like to thank you especially for the gifts you sent us: the “Explorer Kit” and the construction game “The Dancing Tower,” both of which were a great success. This equipment was used during the educational workshops (in all four schools) that we organized with the teachers—both in primary schools and kindergartens. Experiencing the joy of the children as they handled the binoculars, magnifying glasses, and compasses was a highlight of this mission! Likewise, the official inauguration of the canteen brought together the entire community, the village chief, and the neighborhood leaders, making it a festive occasion shared through speeches by officials, dances, and songs by the children… (see the attached Polarsteps text on the launch and inauguration day of the canteen on 7 November 2025).
